I've eaten at this food truck on several occasions and each time it's been great. The portions are huge and there is a lot of choices in getting what you want. They also stream on Twitch and Kick with a focus of collecting donations for charity. All of their tips go to charities, whether it is St Jude or Starlight. Give them a chance and they'll make you a believer.

Exceptional Dining Experience at More Than Pasta!
The food was absolutely divine! Each dish was expertly crafted with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were rich and delicious. I could taste the passion and dedication that went into every bite.

The Pasta is out of this world. I had the chicken lasagna and the portions are Huge. I have my dinner and lunch for the next day. It is by far the best lasagna I have ever had. The Italian restaurants have nothing on them, nothing! I have paid more for less elsewhere. Had canoli's and they are Huge and Delicious as well. Best I have had. These guys have it going on. Great, great customer service and fantastic conversation with some added humor. I make sure to put them on my calendar when their food truck arrives so I won't miss them.

Tonight the food truck was at an apartment where I live and I tried the meatball sub and their peanut butter and chocolate mousse. Everything was amazing!! Highly recommend to wherever they will travel and fantastic staff too!!

Stopped by last night. That peanut butter cup cheesecake mousse was SO GOOD. I ended up saving half for today because it's super rich. The special was fantastic as well! Glad we could stop by!! :)

Food was great. The Chef is awesome very personable he was very talkative and wanted to tell me about his food which is great, a proud Chef means great food. He makes just about everything from scratch! Sold me some ravioli that wasn't on the menu and he said it took him 5 days to make it hard to believe but the taste proved it all. Also got a brownie and it wasn't some store bought desert like most restaurants his was also made from scratch all the way to his own caramel. So not only a good Chef but a good Baker as well. Very impressive.

This is the highest quality FOOD IN OUR AREA!!!! Hands down!!!!!! I am blown away. A five star chef experience for less than a fast food price. This is the best experience I have had in the Spring/Woodlands area. I am a customer for LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!

So we had the pleasure of trying “More than a Pasta “ about 2 months. I had the shrimp penne pasta and my son has shrimp spaghetti pasta. Let me tell you if you have not try this food truck it is A MUST it is sooooooooo good you will not regret it. We have them again at our apartment complex and I got the same thing and my son got the Meatball/ marinara sauce spaghetti. This food truck is da BOMB had to break my diet for this cause I was not missing out lol...

Being Italian, I really enjoy cannolis. More Than Pasta had the BEST cannolis that I have tasted in Texas EVER! Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend them.

I've tried most everything on the menu and every item has been great. It's unusual to see an Italian food truck, but they do a great job at delivering good food. All of the portions are also huge, so be hungry when you come.

Wow!! This food truck came to my apartment and they did not disappoint! We got the spaghetti noodles, marina sauce, Italian sausage, meatballs, tomatoes and peppers as a pasta bowl! Then got a cannoli for dessert. Everything was said to be homemade and I can attest to it! Italian sausages were absolutely amazing! Cannolis were phenomenal! Hopefully they come back soon!

What can I say, chef? I think I have a new favorite. The pesto is next level. It went so well with the chicken and gluten-free pasta. Everything tasted fresh, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, and just all-around ridiculously good.
Just a note for everyone regarding the GF pasta - I have Celiac disease and I have never gotten cross-contaminated here.
Can't wait to see what's on the menu next week!

More Than Pasta is here tonight at The Woodlands Lodge - I am totally blown away and was given suggestions on their menu which is refreshing and not upsetting at all…The cuisine is SUPERB & DELISH!!! Very friendly Chef Steve and his buddy manning the orders and register! Also, serving a GREAT cause in how they are involved in charity work!!! Kudos to this food truck - food was EXCELLENT!!!

After seeing them multiple times at our apartment complex I decided to give them a try and I deeply regret not giving them a shot before. The pasta was amazing! Way better than most pasta at restaurants. Such a homemade vibe. The portions are huge and definitely filling.

They came to our apartment 2 weeks ago and if you have the chance, you must try them!
It’s a great gourmet pasta, with different combinations if you want. And the portion is HUGE. Me and my boyfriend don’t eat a lot, so basically we couldn’t end eating the pasta that night, but it was amazing.

I tried the homemade Gnocchi with a bolognese sauce and it was SO amazing! The cannoli was quite possibly the best cannoli I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. Everything melted in our mouths and was so good, 10/10 would recommended to anyone! Bonus: they even have gluten free pasta!

Fantastic food and great people, took my tip and instead of pocketing it reworked the order and put it as a donation to St Jude's. I had the cone with sausage, artichokes, mushrooms and Grandma Scaritos Sunday Gravy. My wife had fresh pasta with pesto sauce, Roma tomatoes, spinach and shrimp. We were both very happy with our food and 10/10 recommend and would go back! looking forward to seeing you at your next location!

Ok... My apartment complex had 'More Than Pasta's truck out tonight and I could not wait to leave a Google review for them. This is the first time I've ordered From one of the food trucks that they've had come out and the food was AMAZING! I ordered a pasta cone with penne for my pasta choice, Grandma's gravy (sauce), meatballs for my protein (as Michael recommended as the protein to pair with the sauce). Also added mushrooms and roasted tomatoes.
Omg it was so good! Everything was fresh, savory, and amazing!
